Park Hill Board of Education Vice President Susan Newburger received Distinguished Certification recognition from the Missouri School Boards’ Association.
Board Vice President Newburger received this highest level of MSBA certification by reading about school board service, observing board meetings in other districts, attending MSBA meetings and participating in a variety of leadership, advocacy and presentation activities.
