Easy access to class is a must. That's why Community Education classes are conducted in a variety of convenient locations across the district. The document below will provide you with specific location information.

Class Enrollment online or by Phone
- Use our online course catalog and pay online.
- Register by phone with MasterCard, Visa or Discover by calling (816) 359-4060.
- When paying by credit card, you may fax your completed enrollment form to us at (816) 359-4069.
When paying by Credit or Debit Card:
A nonrefundable convenience fee will automatically be added to your transaction when paying by credit or debit card.
You will receive a confirmation only when you enroll online. NO confirmations are sent for enrollments by other methods. You should consider yourself enrolled unless otherwise notified.
An enrollment may be transferred from one class to another if each class involved has not begun and the change is made prior to "day of" class. If a transfer is made, it must be for a class during the same semester as the original enrollment. No transfers will be allowed for missing a class or change in your schedule after the class has begun. Please be committed to the dates and times of classes you have chosen.
Refunds will be made only under the following conditions:
- If a class is filled to capacity before your registration is received.
- If a class is canceled due to lack of enrollment.
A 24-hour notice must be given to the Community Education office for a refund to be processed. Please note that $10 of the registration fee and the convenience fee are not refundable. No refunds will be given the day a class starts or after a class meets. Students are responsible for the risk of changes in their personal affairs or health.
Park Hill Employee Discounts
Current Park Hill employees are entitled to a $5 discount on class fees of more than $15. The discount is for an employee only. It does not apply to family members.
Senior Citizen Discounts
Clay County senior residents 60 and over are eligible to take advantage of the education scholarship provided by Clay County Senior Services. As a resident of Clay County over 60 years old; CCSS will pay up to $30 of your class fees per brochure! Enroll early because the funding is limited per semester. Photo ID is required.
The Platte county Senior Fund (PCSF) is excited to bring back community education scholarships. PCSF will provide $30 per client, per session for all activities listed in our Community Education Brochure. Client must be age 60 or better and a resident of Platte County. Enroll early because the funding is limited per semester. Photo ID is required.
