In-PERSON/by mail

Complete the fillable registration form (PDF), including the appropriate credit card information or a check and mail or drop off the completed registration form with payment to:

Payment with Credit or Debit Card

A non-refundable $2.00 convenience fee will automatically be added to your transaction when paying by credit or debit card.

Confirmations/Receipt

You will receive a confirmation/receipt automatically when you register online. Registrations completed by phone, fax, or mail will receive confirmation/receipt once all the necessary information and payment are received and entered into the system. Please make sure your e-mail address is correct to ensure timely delivery of the e-mail confirmation/receipt.

CLASS TRANSFERS

An enrollment may be transferred from one class to another if each class involved has not begun and the change is made prior to "day of" class. If a transfer is made, it must be for a class during the same semester as the original enrollment. No transfers will be allowed for missing a class or change in your schedule after the class has begun. Please be committed to the dates and times of classes you have chosen.

REFUND POLICY

Full refunds will be made only for the following conditions: 

1. A class is filled-to-capacity before your registration is received. 
2. A class is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment. Registrants will be contacted via phone or e-mail if a class is cancelled. Please notify Community Education if your contact information has changed.

Dropping a Class – a 24-hour notice must be given to Community Education for a refund to be processed. If payment was made via credit card, the $2.00 convenience fee is non-refundable.

No refunds will be given if the class is dropped on or after the class start date. Students are responsible for the risk of changes in their personal affairs or health.

PARK HILL EMPLOYEE DISCOUNTS

Park Hill employees are entitled to a $5 discount on class fees greater than $15. The discount only applies to current Park Hill employees and does not extend to family members.

SENIOR CITIZEN DISCOUNT

Clay County residents 60 years old or older can receive up to $30 off your class fees at the time of registration. A valid ID card/documentation is required, and the discount is limited to one per resident per catalog. This opportunity is funded through the Clay County Senior Services’ Levy Fund. Register early as funding is limited.
