Park Hill South Students Win Bridge-Building Competition

The contest judged students on how their bridges met specifications, how much weight their bridges could hold, how the bridges looked, and how they shared their design and construction process in videos.

The students both received an $800 scholarship to attend the International Bridge Building Contest in Chicago on May 7, and they also earned $1,000 scholarships if they enroll in the computer and engineering program at UMKC.
