Fall Athletes Earn State Honors
This is the image for the news article titled Fall Athletes Earn State HonorsSwimmers from around the district earned state championship titles, including Park Hill High School junior Marcin Glebocki, who took first in the 50-meter freestyle, and senior Barry Chang, sophomore Danny Jones, junior Jered Weger and Glebocki, who took first as a team in the 200-meter freestyle relay. PHHS swim coach Karl Haley received the Missouri Coach of the Year award.

In addition to these state champs, several swimmers from both high schools took all-state honors. From Park Hill South, those students were senior Ian Morgan, sophomore Tyler Dunn, senior Luke Lanning and senior Travis Colpitts. From PHHS, the all-state swimmers were Weger, Chang, Glebocki and sophomore Danny Jones.

Park Hill South cross country runners freshman Emma Roth and senior Tucker Melles earned all-state honors by finishing in the top 25 at their recent state competition.

Park Hill South softball player Kylie DeClue, junior, received All-State second team honors, and South tennis player Adele Royle, senior, also earned all-state honors by placing eighth at state.
